Convenient quiet location that we enjoyed. the staff was friendly and got things done. They hooked us up with a great spot for breakfast, buffet heaven 🥐.

Once you know where it is it is easily accessed from the region. Very accessable to shopping as well

It would be good if there would be a clear sign on the roadway.

the rooms are much smaller than those described in the publication of the hotel, and also at Booked.net. (We were told that they are pictures of a suite and asked us to pay twice as agreed by such rooms). We were assigned to a room with minimal comfort of about 10 square meters. the comfort of the hotel is similar to a 2-star motel on the road. Pity

The services here were excellent, and they even provided complimentary tea in the lobby.

We booked for a triple bedroom and we were astonished when we saw it was a double bedroom with a small bed in which my son couldn´t fit in and very uncomfortable. I had to insist so that we could change room. The hotel itself cannot be SERIOUS, I couldn´t have imagined that the Hotel was part of a Shopping Centre and how they can consider it as a 4 star hotel surprises me and my family. I must be dreaming!

I appreciated the place, it was good value and worked for me. the rooms were all brand-new and modern with a double bed. - the loveliest bathroom. - the location was excellent and unbeatable for me. - I had a wonderful time.

Large, clean, bright room with big window. Secure parking right in front of hotel. Easy for those driving. 5 min drive to Logrono. 25 E RT taxi ride. EZ home base for exploring La Rioja.

Convenient and great value but you are staying in a mall.

We were just on our trip to England so just a stopover

We were in room 310 and the air conditioning was not effective enough!

Efficient staff and good location, this hotel is modern and the twin room is spotless with a comfortable double bed.

Everything there was lovely and the staff were especially helpful and well-trained. I was there for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant with generous buffet breakfast. The location couldn't be more excellent and absolutely perfect in a new commercial area. And it was also really close to the shopping centre and a shopping mall.

The food was good, the rooms were wonderful and huge. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and an electronic key card, a work desk and satellite TV were a bonus.
